• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price Changes

We may change our prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

You retain all rights to the data you upload or input into Nova ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

License

You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve our services. This license terminates when you delete Your Data or close your account.

Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Data and the means by which you acquired it.

7. Intellectual Property

The services and all associated intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Neomatics. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEOMATICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the services immediately if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. We will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export Your Data before deletion.
